How Can I arrange an appointment?

Do I need to book in advance?
To ensure your requests can be accommodated, please book your appointment in advance, as walk-ins are not accepted. Typically, we can schedule an individual massage for you on the same day or the following day. However, if you have specific requests, such as booking a couple's massage, there may be a wait time.

How should I prepare for my session?
To enhance your session experience, we recommend abstaining from food for at least two hours beforehand, maintaining proper hydration, and minimizing the consumption of stimulants and alcohol for a few days before and after your appointment.
Accepted payments
To ensure you can fully enjoy your experience without any financial distractions, we kindly ask that payments be made directly to your practitioner before your session time begins. Accepted payments are exclusively in cash or via EFTPOS. Please note that the following payment types are not accepted : PayPal, Diners Club, American Express, Apple Pay, or bank transfers

How can I choose my practitioner?
Given our busy schedule, the assigned practitioner will be dedicated to you. We will assign a practitioner to you based on your appointment time. If another practitioner is available, they will be happy to greet you; otherwise, you will proceed with the pre-allocated practitioner. Should you wish to inquire about the availability of other practitioners, you are welcome to do so. If no one else is available, you may continue with your assigned practitioner. If you do not want to see your assigned practitioner you are not obligated to proceed with the session if you choose not to.

How often can I come for a tantra massage?

Is there nudity?

Booking a service does not grant you the right to disrespect your practitioner or seek additional favors or services that have not been paid for. Crossing boundaries is unacceptable and will lead to the immediate termination of the session. The work we undertake is challenging and demands patience, making it essential to honor and respect your practitioner. When you book a specific service, you are required to adhere strictly to that service. Any attempt to cross boundaries will result in your immediate dismissal from the session. You will be asked to leave. A dismissive reaction must be respected, and a verbal denial should be accepted without question .
Please ensure you stick to the service you have paid for. If you wish to upgrade your service, please request the upgrade and make the appropriate payment before attempting to obtain a higher level of service. Always seek consent.
Remember unwarranted physical contact with the practitioner during a service that has not been paid for, or after that event, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Boundaries
All service agreements must be arranged directly with your practitioner. Please respect their decisions and refrain from requesting services that are not listed on our website. It is within the practitioners discretion to determine which services they are willing to provide. Our boundaries are firm, and any disrespect will result in the immediate termination of the session.

Discretion
Our establishment is discreetly located, with no external signage to ensure your privacy. Depending on the time, either the manager or your practitioner will welcome you at the door. Upon arrival, you will be promptly escorted to your room, minimizing any chance of encountering other clients. We are committed to maintaining the utmost confidentiality and ensuring a seamless experience for you.

Freshening up before appointment
It is mandatory to shower before each session, even if you have just showered prior to arriving. Each room is equipped with shower facilities, and this step is essential. Please ensure you wash yourself thoroughly during the initial shower, paying special attention to all areas of your body. Use the provided body wash for a comprehensive cleanse. If you require assistance, you may book a wash down during your session.

Respect
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Respect is paramount in our industry. We will not tolerate any form of rude or demanding behavior, repeated requests for unpaid services, attempts to control the session, staff or practitioners, or any other disrespectful actions. You will be asked to leave and only refunded for the remaining unused time in that session.
